We offer instruction in Mixed Martial Arts for those who want to be a fighter, train like it, or just learn real self defense and get a great workout (ages 10+). Students at Evolution Martial Arts Key Peninsula have the opportunity to compete in a variety of Boxing, Kickboxing, Grappling, and MMA events. Training takes place in a safe, cooperative, team oriented, and ego-free environment. Heavy cardio and conditioning, along with detailed instruction, and coaches that will push you to your absolute limit make us perfect for anyone looking to seriously compete, or get into the best shape of their life.
We do more than just train to fight, our team is a true family that supports each other and encourages positive growth from every member of our team. One way that we do this is by holding team unity activities throughout the year, including charity events, movie nights, hiking trips and more. Check out our team unity page for more info.
Class Schedule-
Classes focus on the core fundamentals of Mixed Martial Arts training, and include instruction in Submission Grappling, Kickboxing, Boxing, and Wrestling. (ages 10+)
Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm to 9pm
For those who want to take it to the next level beyond training, and are serious about stepping into the ring or cage, our fight team is made up of highly dedicated individuals who put themselves to the test by competing in a variety of fighting events like Kickboxing, MMA, Boxing, and Karate. There is no prerequisite other than hard work and determination. If you can put in the time and dedication that it takes to be on top, then we will gladly welcome you to our team.
